  • The balance of your trip is due at the end of your charter.
  • Deposits are fully refundable up to 72 hours before charter.
  • Charters cancelled within 24 hours of charter is required to pay 100% of total charter.  
  • As a courtesy we ask that you please notify us at least 72 hours before charter date if you plan to
    cancel.
  • Prices do not include gratuities or side excursions, food, drinks, etc.
  • Capt. Bill Hammond has the right to reschedule any charter in case of weather or mechanical
    problems and will be rescheduled if possible. If unable to reschedule deposit will be refunded in
    full.  
  • Additional hours can be requested (time permitting)  for an additional $75/hr. while on your charter.
  • There is a 5% surcharge on all credit card charges not made online.
