  • The balance of your trip is due at the end of your charter.
  • Deposits are fully refundable up to 72 hours before charter.
  • Charters cancelled within 24 hours of charter is required to pay 50% of total charter.  
  • Parties that do not show for their charter are required to pay for charter in full.
  • As a courtesy we ask that you please notify us at least 72 hours before charter date if you plan to cancel.
  • Prices do not include gratuities or side excursions, food, drinks, etc.
  • Capt. Bill Hammond has the right to reschedule any charter in case of weather or mechanical problems and will be rescheduled if possible.  
  • Additional hours can be requested (time permitting)  for an additional $75/hr. while on your charter.
  • There is a 5% surcharge on all credit card charges not made online.
