- The balance of your trip will be due upon arrival at the dock at the end of your charter if not already made.
- Deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before charter.
- Charters cancelled within 24 hours of charter is required for forfeit 50% of total charter.
- As a courtesy we ask that you please notify us at least 72 hours before charter date if you plan to cancel.
- Prices do not include gratuities or side excursions, food, drinks, etc.
- Capt. Bill Hammond has the right to reschedule any charter in case of weather and will be rescheduled if possible.
- Additional hours can be requested (time permitting) for an additional $75/hr. while on your charter.
- There is a 5% surcharge on all credit card charges.
